                   Our menu consists Ethiopian dishes featuring lamb, poultry, beef and vegetarian

          Each entree comes with injera , a flat crepe-like bread, which has a tangy, slightly sour

        taste. It is used as utensil to scoop up sauces  to create a fusion of contrasts. The flavor of

      lamb, chicken, or split peas, the richness of butter, the sweet complexity of spices, the kick

     of peppers, are all  brought together by the injera.
